VeriStation Fees & Pricing
Mission-Driven, Fair and Scalable Pricing
$150 to $750 one-time onboarding and integration fee
2.9% per product tracking/verification fee
VeriStation operates first and foremost as an infrastructure utility dedicated to cleaning up global commerce and protecting honest businesses from industrial-scale design theft.
It is not designed to extract massive corporate software margins from growing brands or private-label importers. Instead, our fees are intentionally structured to cover server processing power, database maintenance, real-time security patches, and engineering support required to keep your inventory safe.
To get started on VeriStation, your business pays a one-time onboarding and integration fee ranging from $150 to $750, depending entirely on the technical setup your operations require.
For brands that simply need an account configured to upload batches of pre-existing verification credentials, the fee can be lower. For private labels and commercial importers requiring custom developer connections to link their sales channels directly to our system, this transparent fee covers the development work needed to sync your sales pipeline without interrupting your daily business.
Once your custom tracking path is configured, you never have to worry about ongoing monthly subscription bills or surprise annual maintenance charges when your sales volume fluctuates. Our ongoing product verification fee is kept at a flat 2.9% of your product’s assessed value per tracked unit, which goes straight into funding the daily computer networks that run your lookups.
To see how this translates to your daily operations, if you sell a high-demand retail item worth 20 USD, your verification cost comes out to just 58 cents per unit to completely secure that item from factory theft.
If you are manufacturing high-ticket goods worth 500 USD per unit, your fee is a flat 14.5 USD to completely lock down and secure your major commercial asset from backdoor factory duplication.
This value-driven approach gives you full access to unit-by-unit tracking without draining your profit margins, ensuring that your security costs stay fully aligned with the actual revenue of your business.
